I am an Oakland, California based director, producer, actor, and storyteller. For more than twenty years I have been creating, producing and performing in original theatrical productions. I continue to enjoy a wide range of production opportunities in business environments. Recently my interests have centered on working with corporate executives to improve their public speaking and presentation skills.

I have been acting professionally since 1979. In 1982 I founded the award winning theatrical comedy troupe, I Fratelli Bologna. "The Bologna Brothers" performed original theatrical comedies and events through 1996 when our focus shifted to business theater. I have continued to bring the power of theater to businesses at conferences, strategic meetings, and trade shows since then.

I have trained extensively in improvisation techniques and theory with the creator of Theatresports™, Keith Johnstone. In 1986 I co-founded Bay Area Theatresports™, now BATS Improv. In addition to performing with the company and teaching improvisation at the school of improv, I served as the Show Producer for the company from 1993 - 1996.

I have also trained in digital storytelling techniques at the Center for Digital Storytelling in Berkeley, CA. I am intrigued by the idea of combining modern digital technology with the ancient art of storytelling.
